Dear Sirs

We have just obtained a court order granting possession of a residential property having used Section 21 procedure. The tenancy and notice for possession are in joint names. The property is vacant and one party to the tenancy has already handed in their keys. Do both parties have to hand over their keys or can we go ahead and enter the property on the basis that we have the keys from one party.

Regards
