This is not just a Landlord problem ,but I thought I would warn you of what is happening in our part of North London.

Some roads in the N6 area have been targetted.

Someone has been installing neat black mailboxes in porches(walls near doors) and if postman is not alert he may put all post there which will be taken away by perpetrator.

Be vigilant and keep an eye out for these bad people stealing post.

If it is happening in N6 I am sure they will not stop here.
