We have been made aware of a letter sent by HMRC to an RLA member. The letter quite clearly states that HMRC are aware that this person is a landlord and that they now have just 30 days in which to get in touch before further, stronger, action is taken.

Any of you guys had the same letter? Most of you will already be in ship shape I am sure, but we have many "accidental landlords" in our membership, many of which may not be aware the little money they do earn from their property has tax requirements.
