Another tax question - attendance at RLA (or other) training courses is voluntary but is part of running my rental business. (I don't mean courses you have to take to be accredited, as in Leeds.) So is this a legitimate expense? The same question applies to consultancy fees for surveyors who help me decide whether or not to buy a property. Can anyone help? Thanks.
I am not a limited company.
