My tenant's current TA is expiring soon and he asked for a renewal after expiry but only for 2 months & 3 days. The additional 3 days are being considered because the end of the TA would then fall on a convenient day for us to do the check-out and inspection. Would it be a problem legally (or for any other reason) if extra days are added onto the monthly cycles on a TA and listed as such on the TA?
