I own 1 residential property and have let since last many years with Assured Short hold Tenancy Agreement. I will appreciate if you provide information:

which agreement should i use? provide a specimen copy in PDF and also in word format.
provide format i should use for agreement renewal with increased rent
what are my statutory liabilities
what other precautions should i take?
