In an AST the agreement is for 6 months and it can then roll on as a periodic agreement. Can I do the same thing for a Lodger's (excluded) tenancy agreement - for example with a sentence in the addendum? How would I word it? Would this have any effect on my being able to evict the tenant if he did not keep to his side of the agreement during the first 6 months?
Thanks,
Richard
