Hi all, does anyone have any experience of these guys. They have a lettings agency start-up package which looks good on the inter web, very much like like letting vision.co.uk.

Has anyone bought the packages? What do you think? Do they fit the brief? Is there a lengthy tie-in?

Just want to know if there's.anyone out there who's used them before. I'm joining forces with another landlord to startup our own agency because we do not want to deal with the high street bunch. We feel we can offer a better service to other landlords in our area as between us we have 40 years experience at the coal face, having experienced just about all that could be thrown at us.

Does anyone have any sage advice for me before we start officially?
