Preparing form N5b for court. I have noticed I have calculated the date based on the AST signing date 9/6/10, and not tenancy start date 14/4/10. As a weekly AST its meant the s21 date I used Wednesday 3rd July should have been Monday 1st July.

There is a saving clause, will this cover me? Or will the signing date make my original calculation correct? The S21 is a year old but and I have just figured out what I must have done.
