Greetings
Needed to remove LHA who has given up any pretense of paying rent to me.
Printed and filled in forms and got as far as receiving a Notice of Issue informing me that my claim had been issued on the 28th April 2014 and it would be deemed served on the 29th May 2014. The N206A was returned 15 days after the 29th and I awaited either a copy of the defense or the possession order. What I did not foresee is that I would be getting out of the blue a Order rejected my claim on the grounds of less then two months notice ! Is is possible that a claim can been rejected when it has already been issued AND without a hearing ? What are my options now please ?
