I could not find any relevant information under the RLA docs section... After the ending of the fixed term tenancy, our tenant has been continuing with a Periodic Tenancy. We would like to give the tenant a document which clearly explains Periodic Tenancies and also explains the rental & agreement conditions under the Periodic Tenancy. Would anyone perhaps have a good document such as this or point me in a good website direction?
