A bloke called letting agent after viewing to express his interest. He is asking if ok to credit check himself only. (He has to pay fees to agent for credit check.) So agent forwarded the request to me.
He asked this because his girlfriend will be living there as well. They dont live together at the moment. She got her own place. He will be paying the full share of the rent.

Is it ok to credit check him only? Do I need to have them both on the contract?
