I have been renting 2 properties to the same tenants for a few years without any rent increases. The tenancies are now periodic having bee originally assures shorthold tenancies. I wish to increase the rent. can I do this without setting up a new Shorthold tenancy?
a further property is managed by an agent. Are they likely to charge me if I want to increase the rent?
