Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hi there,

I was wondering how to evict a tenant in arrears. I have also been getting complaints from locals of the tenant causing nuisances regularly.

Will I just pass a section 21b to him? I don't think he will move so what will be the best policy to follow for eviction.
