Following the post of EmJ regarding Deposits,we got onto inventories.(off topic)

We got to the point of understanding that arbitrators do not take a Landlords excellent self written inventory seriously unless we have done the qualification that BBOS talked about.

We were trying to get round this.

Anyone got any good suggestions as we can obviously do an excellent inventory,pass it on to an independent person to be the front man for us if that is what is required to be independent?
