I'm sorry if I am repeating the same question from a while ago but just need my mind easing

I have just submitted to court the tear off slip at the bottom of my notice of issue.

Now the 6 month AST states from 25th May 2012 to 25th November 2012, instead of 24th November.

But I did work out the S21 from 25th November date. Could this trip me up?

Luckily I checked the notice of issue at the weekend, I thought they lasted 12 months, but the actual 3 months ends tomorrow. So I have got it in today.

Tenant owes me £650 arrears and has no intention of paying me now.
