Good afternoon
I have a house which my daughter and two other tenants share. One paid a deposit and paid a month's rent in advance (which is protected). He is now into the periodic time and I understand I can give him a couple of months notice to leave. (I am selling the house). The other tenant is a friend of my daughter who paid no deposit and is hopefully going to move out with my daughter. Where do I stand about giving her notice. I did renew her contract until october?
