HI,

MY TENANTS TENANCY AGREEMENT ENDED IN APRIL 2014 AND I HAVE NOT RENEWED IT AS I NEED THE PROPERTY BACK.

I SERVED THEM WITH A SECTION 21 NOTICE WHICH EXPIRED ON 10 JUL 2014.

CAN SOMEONE ADVISE ME WHAT IS THE QUICKEST AND COST EFFECTIVE WAY OF ME EVICTING THE TENANT AS I REQUIRE THE PROPERTY FOR PERSONAL USE.
