I have just received what I am sure is a useful email from Tessa Sheperson's landlord law regarding the implications of the spencer v Taylor case on Section 21.

Now she speaks of Section 21(1) and section 21(4)

Are these Section 21(a) and section 21 (b) as have not come across the above.

Its quite hard from the email to work out what they mean but even more so not knowing the terms for the notices they are using.
