Specific clause on guarantor in tenancy - guarantor form

Hello,

In addition to the guarantor form (limited), should the landlord insert a clause referring to the guarantor.
There is no clause in the AST template for this but I would have thought this is necessary to reflect this entity in the tenancy agreement.
Could you help or redirect me to appropriate form of wording for including reference to the guarantor (for one of the tenant in a joint tenancy) in the contract.
