I am the landlord. A tenancy agreement expires on the 28th August. I want to give the tenants a new agreement for a further year (there are some of the same people and a few different). However I am out of the country from 12 August to 8 September inclusive. Any suggestions about what to do? Also, the inventory company will not do a check out and new inventory unless the tenants move out which they are not doing. Any advice please?
