Hi I have a tenant who was arrested , he is now released after a few days, that has been involved in a knifing incident. I don't know the complete ins and outs but I have been informed there was a lot of blood on the communal stairs. and the other tenants in the flat are now very frightened of the tenant. do I have to give then notice?
Regards
Neil
