Hello I am a bit confused on this subject. I have a new tenant who is moving in as a single person and the whole payment is coming out of her account only. Now she has a brother who will be staying with her 3 times a week and he be giving her £300 pm . Does this count as a subletting? does he need to be referenced and put on the Tenant agreement? . My contracts states no subletting. Any help on this subject would be very appreciated.
