To be sure we haven't forgotten anything, what should be on our check/to do list for proceeding once we have found prospective tenants?
What info should we ask for? We have seen proof of ID so far. We plan to ask for references from employers and present landlord.
We are going to use a DepositGuard Tenancy Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and the RLA credit referencing service. We will draw up an inventory and take photos of the house.
What other checks do we need to do before offering a tenancy? Then what else do we need to do at the start of the tenancy?
