Hi All
I give my tenant a S8 & S21 on the 13th August,she has now left the building,my problem is now she has left a bed which is on its side,a couple of televisions and clothes all over the floor,there contract is still active until 16th October can i

a chuck her stuff out
b put it in storage
c move someone in now

there is no gas or electric on now (card meters)
