Good Morning,

I wonder if you can clarify for this for me please,

We have a property that does not receive tv channels adequately, we would like to know if we are legally bound to provide relevant equipment

If it is the tenants responsibility, the tenancy is an unfurnished
assurred shorthold tenancy.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you
