I decided to search for the properties that I've just been emailed about.

Bexley Hall. Leeds.

Could not find a single thing on the net about price, every page that had a hint of a price has been pulled.

Can somebody explain to me then how comes the RLA have access to property in Bexley Hall? pre tenanted etc etc

I am so wary of these things, when I cannot find any info....
