Hi

Wondered if there are any standard clauses for ensuring that the property is kept properly cleaned by the tenants. Had intended to include a cleaning service but that proved too expensive on top of the rent.
I have been thinking of adding a clause to the TA that allows a monthly inspection and if the state of cleanliness is unacceptable then sending in cleaners at the tenants expense.
Is this legal? Possible? And what's the appropriate wording.
