Dear Sir/Madam,

I operate a HMO which is divided into 6 bedsits each with their own tenancy agreement. Each bedsit has it's own television set or PC watching programmes, films etc.

The building has a single council tax bill which I pay for. Should I be paying for a TV licence for the property or should the tenants buy their own? I do not live at the property.

Kindest regards
