Dear Sirs,

For several years I have cited a Royal Mail PO Box address in my tenancy agreements for my landlord address for service of documents etc. I adopted this practice after my family and I were threatened ("we know where you live..........." etc) by tenants whom we were in the process of evicting.

A landlord licence I am obliged to hold cites this same address.

I successfully obtained a Section 8 eviction/ arrears judgement in Oct 2010 based upon a tenancy agreement citing my PO Box address.

Could you confirm that this practice of using a PO Box address is generally accepted by the Courts and beyond challenge?
