Does any one have any case law on a LHA to fail to follow procedure in relation to PACE - Code B. Reference cases would be fantastic, but just to point us in the right direction would be great. Also, does any one know any Solicitors that specialise in Housing (Not tenancy problems) we are tripping over solicitors here, but none seem to specialise in Housing Law (Not tenancy related)
