Landlord address to serve notice

My partner is renting out his mother's house as she has now gone into a nursing home. Who's address should we put as landlord for the serving of notices? She owns the house and the rent will be paid into her bank account to help pay the nursing home fees but he has power of attorney and is obviously dealing with all of the rental side of it.
