Hi I just wondered if someone could outline the benefits of renewing the 6 month tenancy agreement particularly with tenants on local housing allowance through benefits.
I normally let the tenancy roll over to a month by month agreement so I can give the tenant 2 months notice if required. Are there any advantages apart from the obvious of having them for another 6 months by resigning another 6 month agreement
All help would be appreciated
