Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hi all, would appreciate it if someone could advise on this issue..

Despite months of trying to help a tenant, I finally had to get a possession order with a date of next Weds. I am not sure they will leave so will be instructing bailiffs to remove them.

My question is: IF they leave behind any personal belongings (furniture etc.) what can I do? As I have a possession order can I just remove/dump/sell any left items? Or do I have to wait 14 days to see if they will claim them back?
