Original guarantor was tenant's boss.
Tenant has changed jobs & is in dispute with former boss.
Guarantor now wants to be absolved of all responsibility and contract cancelled.

A different guarantor is willing to step into the breach. I would be willing to let this happen.

Q: Using an RLA guarantor form, do I simply sign up the new guarantor & then write to the original person telling them their contract has been cancelled?

My tenant would be happy to sever all ties with this person, once her wages dispute has been settled, and for the new guarantor to take over responsibilities.
