Claim for possession

Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

I've sent form N5B to the county court. In section 2, I only put the second tenancy agrreement which started in 2012. The first one in fact started in 2008. On the Defence Form the tenant has put that the tenancy started in 2008. Will this ommission have any effect on the Judge's decision? Will it be helpful for me to send a copy of the first tenancy agreement to the court?
The reason for doing the second tenancy agreement was to enable me to pay the deposit into The Deposit Protection Service during the prescribed time scale.
