Company Lets

Hi guys, have any of you out there had any experience with company lets. Is all seems ok on the surface, has anyone come across any awful experiences?

I've read up on the site about them, ie not ASTs or Assured tenancies, don't have to secure the deposit, contract ends with the fixed term etc. I'm a little nervous about it if I have to end the tenancy for whatever reason; serve a notice to quit, but if they don't get their people out, what happens then.

Any of your comments or experiences, good or bad would be much appreciated.
