Hello we are about to let our house to 4 people (3 students and 1 professional worker). All of them will require guarantors to pass the credit check, we use a 3rd party credit checking service. Who's names and signatures go on the Assured Short Hold Tenancy Agreement? The tenants, the Guarantors of both?

We called your advice line a couple of days ago and were told to just list the actual tenants moving in - but this doesn't make sense as how can we hold the guarantors financially responsible if they are not listed not on the AST and haven't signed it?

Appreciate your advice

Lance
