I have just been told that I have to check my rental property for Legionella before I can rent it out and also have to check if any prospective tenant might be harmed by any measures to avoid Legionella (seems like I will be damned if I do and damned if I dont). Are there specific legionella testers out there and, if there are, does anyone know of any in the north essex area.
