As a landlord and someone who works full time in the chemical industry I am only too aware how serious legionnaires disease is when it strikes even though it is very rare.

I have read through your guidance on the RLA website but wondered whether there is a standard form that can be landlords can fill out that lists the necessary checks - this would at least give us reassurance that we are carrying out the checks to a recognised standard - in reality how do landlords on this forum go about meeting their obligations ?
