tenants damaged property and admitted fault.we had discussions and agreed an amount for them to cover costs which they were happy with. a portion of the deposit was leftover how do i end the tenancy on tds do i put dispute or not dispute as everything has been sorted out and money has already been refunded to the tenant.this is my first time doing this so i would appreciate some help
