Last week we had our boiler replaced as it failed its annual test (very old). We have replaced it with a combi boiler which means we have had to remove our power shower. The tenants are now complaining the shower is not powerful enough and want us to buy a pump to attach to the cold water feed to the boiler to increase the pressure in the system. As they started the tenancy with a power shower, they insist it is their right to have the shower pressure increased by this additional purchase and we should pay for it to be installed. Do they have this right?
