Hi. I am wanting to start a discussion group about CARL software. Our agency took the plunge and bought the licence but I am quite dissatisfied with the Product and want other peoples opinions on them.

We have battled with it now for 18 months but they don't want to implement any of my recommendations to improve it. I think the changes are relatively simple although I am not a software developer.

Landlords statements don't show a full description it cuts off part way through which looks terrible. The accounting side of things it very difficult to understand and use. It has taken them all this time to get the backup to work. That's how bad the service is. The helpline is an expensive number so they are making money every time we call to ask for advice on how to use it which is still weekly.

Trouble is, its a massive task to move 160 properties now and they know that.
