I ordered an EPC through the RLA/hPass. They have a system where you pay up front. The only time they gave me to come do it was inconvenient and they were unable to reschedule.

I have since tried to get a refund and end up calling an 0872 number, being put on hold and not getting through to anyone.

I email and was told I'd get a refund and it didn't arrive.

I have been told to 'call tomorrow' day after day.

Can anyone tell me if this company is a scam? I feel like I have been sucked in to a scam...
