I have given notice to a tenant to vacate my property and have given her the required notice in writing. I am owed thousands of pounds & yet can only get £40 a fortnight from her. Can I evict her before the notice period, change the locks & take any possessions in the house to pay towards the arrears owed? I have to constantly chase her for the small amount I have reluctantly agreed to. Please advise!!
