Got tenant moving in Sunday afternoon, receiving holding deposit tomorrow and filling in PI together at same time as going through AST.

Am I able to give him ALL DPS paperwork(PI,Terms and conditions,Teapot Tenant info) at Sunday's check in meeting PRIOR to protecting it,ie at 2pm then we protect it at 5pm when we get home?

This would make life easier as he can give us receipt personally without us trying to get together to get a receipt.

Can anyone see a problem with this as I do not want to protect it between receiving it(holding deposit status) tomorrow and move in (Sunday)in case the move does not happen for some reason ?
