Hi. At my wits end here! I have a small flat and the main bedroom that the tenants sleep in suffers from condensation. They have recently bought a bed with storage underneath and the bottom of the mattress is damp plus the wooden latte have some black mould. They are furious with me and want me to pay to have the bed cleaned. To remedy this situation I intend to have a passifier vent fitted in the bedroom and I also intend to renew the double glazed window with a new unit with trickle vents. Can anyone advise me on whether I can do anything else? Has anyone found a solution for this problem? Thanks in advance.
Bill
