Tenant A & B are remaining. Tenant C is surrendering the tenancy and finding own replacement. Replacement (D) has been living with parents and now taking a new job. Have agreed to take 6 months rent in advance. Is this treated as a deposit and put away in case of non-payment and returned after 6 months (do I need a special form for this?) or do I use the advance having collected it and continue to request the remainder from the other tenants until 6 months are up and then collect the full amount from all?
