I have finally managed to evict my tenants and they have left all their stuff behind. I've issued them a tort notice and an appointment to collect them. What I would like advice on is regarding their foodstuffs and perishables. There are 2 fridges. Mine is a fridge freezer (which on the last inspection was totally encased in ice) and the other is theirs. I don't want to pay for their perishables to be refridgerated. Am I allowed to remove it from my fridge and put in their one, and then defrost my one?

Also my washer/dryer has gone missing. They have left 2 in there. I don't want their dud machines. Am I allowed to charge them for my missing property?
