The shower in a property was unusable for 12 days while being repaired. The property has a separate bath, so washing facilities were available throughout. The tenants say they prefer a shower, and generally found the repairs disruptive. They are asking for partial rent abatement . What is the Landlord's responsibility in this situation? Thanks
